What if your hotel room became a discreet stage, where each moment of the day offers a new setting? A desk in the morning, a relaxing spa in the evening, and a kitchen ready to accommodate your needs at noon. These spaces, effortlessly changing their appearance, embody a new kind of hospitality: sensitive, fluid, and bespoke.
Today, hospitality goes beyond just providing a roof; it creates harmony. Hotels are becoming hybrid environments, designed to meet every whim of their guests. Spaces are no longer static—they are dynamic, intelligent, and designed to accompany each part of the day.
This profound transformation is redefining industry standards. Retail is becoming an art: rooms are modular, spas open up to nature, and private kitchens bring back the pleasure of autonomy. The lines between comfort, functionality, and well-being blur, offering truly customized hospitality.
Rooms with Kitchens: Towards Autonomous Experiences for Modern Travelers
In this new era of hospitality, traveler autonomy is at the heart of the experience. Rooms equipped with kitchenettes or shared kitchens are becoming the norm, offering guests the freedom to cook as they please. This trend caters to a growing need for flexibility and independence, whether for economic, practical, or personal reasons.
Modern travelers seek more control over their stay while still enjoying the refined ambiance of a hotel. Rooms with kitchens offer unprecedented freedom while still allowing guests to enjoy traditional hotel services, creating a perfect balance between comfort and autonomy.
Hotels and Spas Integrated into Nature: Immersion as the Signature of Luxury
Far from the urban rush, more and more hotels are subtly integrating into nature. These properties offer outdoor spas, luxurious cabins, and breathtaking panoramas, allowing guests to reconnect with nature while recharging. This concept goes beyond mere relaxation: it provides total immersion, where every breath of air becomes part of the well-being experience.
These nature-based experiences are not just a trend—they have become a luxury sought by those looking to disconnect from the modern world and reconnect with the essentials. The retail of outdoor spaces, combined with wellness treatments, offers an unforgettable escape.
Flexibility That Makes All the Difference
The desire for flexibility has become central in travelers' choices. In 2025, more than 50% of business travelers will prefer hotels that can combine workspaces and relaxation areas within a coherent environment. Hotels that successfully transition to multifunctional environments become indispensable references in the industry.
This flexibility is essential to meet the varied needs of modern clients, who wish to work, relax, and even cook, all within the same space. These innovative hotels become places where work and well-being naturally coexist, offering a fluid and enriching experience.
Our Giro Retail Touch: 60 Years of Expertise and the Same Passion
At Giro Agencement, we are celebrating 60 years of passion and innovation in the service of hotels and spa. For six decades, our mission has remained the same: to transform every space into a unique experience. We are driven by the desire to retail environments that are both functional, elegant, and deeply tailored to each client.
One of our most inspiring projects? A luxury hotel in Paris that gave us an audacious challenge: to create a room capable of transforming from a high-end office to a private spa in just a few minutes.
We designed a system of modular panels, retractable furniture, and adjustable lighting to create a chameleon suite perfectly suited to each moment of the day, whether for work or relaxation. Impressed by the transformation, the hotel decided to extend this concept to all of its suites.
This project embodies our vision: every space is a blank canvas, each retail is a custom solution. Whether modular rooms, integrated spas, or immersive workspaces, we combine creativity, precision, and craftsmanship to create spaces that leave a lasting impression.
Because every project is not just a retail, it is about a Solution
